Registration & Payment
Registration for a course or webinar is binding upon submission. NORD advise reserves the right to issue an invoice from up to one week prior to the course date, with a payment term of 8 days. For registrations made less than 8 days before the course date, payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@nordadvise.com.
- More than 4 weeks before the course date: Full refund. No charge.
- Between 2 and 4 weeks before the course date: 50% of the course fee will be invoiced.
- Less than 2 weeks before the course date: The full course fee will be invoiced regardless of attendance.
Non-attendance without prior written cancellation is considered a late cancellation and the full course fee will be invoiced.
Upon cancellation, any outstanding invoice will remain due in accordance with the cancellation policy below. Where no invoice has yet been issued, a cancellation invoice will be sent promptly.
Substitutions
You are welcome to send a substitute participant in your place at no additional charge. Please notify us in advance by email at info@nordadvise.com with the name and contact details of the substitute.
Cancellation by NORD advise
NORD advise reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course or webinar due to insufficient registrations, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation by NORD advise, registered participants will be notified as early as possible and will receive a full refund of any fees paid. NORD advise is not liable for any costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancellation, including travel or accommodation expenses.
Free Webinars
These terms apply to paid courses and webinars only. Free webinars are offered without charge and may be cancelled or rescheduled by NORD advise without notice or liability.
